The present invention consists in establishing a telecommunication network that transmits, on a regular basis, medical information, such as patient's vital signs and medical equipment state, from the patient's location to the health professional location. The first goal of this invention is to promote patient's autonomy and to help health professionals to keep patients under periodic surveillance distantly without having to physically meet them, saving valuable time for all. An alarm mechanism is also available, allowing the patient to get the appropriate help required based on their state. As the system evolves, it will grow towards a tool that participate in the diagnosis and treatment control. This invention leads us to a new preventive medicine level care.
