A cable management and termination arrangement constructed for use in both a sliding drawer application and a hinged panel application. The cable management and termination arrangement including a sliding drawer and first and second hinged access panels. In a sliding drawer application, the arrangement is horizontally mounted; the drawer slides between an open position and a closed position to provide access to the interior. In a hinged panel application, the arrangement is vertically mount-ed; the first and second hinged access panels pivot between open and closed positions to provide access to the interior.
