Telecommunications Policy Program Systems, Processes and Devices for the reduction of radiation hazard and/or other risks involved in the use of wireless telecommunication devices, are disclosed in the present application. According to the invention an Authorized User, using a Policy Program, can enable and/or disable at least one of the sound input and/or output channels of a telecommunication device in order to force a Subordinate User to use radiation-safer, and/or otherwise safer, sound input and/or output channels of said telecommunication device. According to two of the several preferred embodiments described in the application, the Policy program can be transferred to the telecommunication device from an external source or be built-in into said device.
L'invention porte sur un programme de politique, des systèmes, des procédés et des dispositifs de télécommunications permettant de réduire les risques dus aux radiations et à d'autres facteurs, lors de l'utilisation de dispositifs de télécommunications sans fil. Selon l'invention un utilisateur autorisé utilisant un programme de politique peut activer et/ou désactiver au moins l'un des canaux son d'entrée et/ou de sortie d'un dispositif de télécommunications pour forcer un utilisateur subordonné à utiliser des canaux son d'entrée et/ou de sortie plus sûrs en matière de radiations ou d'autres facteurs, dudit dispositif de télécommunications. Dans deux des exécutions préférées de l'invention, le programme de politique peut être transféré au dispositif de communication depuis une source extérieure ou être intégré audit dispositif.
