A device for supporting bundles of spliced wires in an assembly enclosing the bundles which includes a rectangular panel of flexible material having elongated sleeves at either longitudinally extending side, a plurality of straps extending perpendicularly to the longitudinal extending sides Each of the straps is affixed to a first longitudinally extending side of the panel and the straps being spaced apart along the length of the panel. Strap guiding and locking means is provided on the straps for permitting and maintaining tensioning of the straps and thereby pull the panel inwardly against the bottom of the bundles.
