A telephone line interface circuit (10) provides an interface between a telephone line (11, 12) and line powered telephone circuits. A first portion (20) of the circuit presents predetermined impedance, current and voltage characteristics to the telephone line (11, 12). A serial regulator portion (30) is coupled to receive current from the line (11, 12) and has an output terminal for providing a regulated output voltage as a supply voltage for the first portion (20) and for the line powered telephone circuits. In this way, current drawn from the line is shared between the first portion (20) and the serial regulator portion (30).
La présente invention se rapporte à un circuit d'interface (10) pour ligne téléphonique fournissant une interface entre une ligne téléphonique (11, 12) et des circuits téléphoniques alimentés par la ligne. Une première portion (20) du circuit présente des caractéristiques prédéterminées d'impédance, de courant et de tension par rapport à la ligne téléphonique (11, 12). Une portion (30) de régulateur en série est couplée pour recevoir du courant provenant de la ligne (11, 12) et comporte une borne de sortie fournissant une tension de sortie régulée servant de tension d'alimentation pour la première portion (20) ainsi que pour les circuits téléphoniques alimentés par la ligne.
