There is provided a telephone transmitter/receiver which can be easily applied to an existing telephone device for performing bone conduction talking at a low cost and which can be used with the same sense as the conventional telephone device. The telephone transmitter/receiver includes: a casing having a speech sending opening and a speech receiving opening; a microphone arranged at the speech sending opening; a bone conduction loudspeaker arranged at the speech receiving opening; an amplifier arranged in the casing and connected to the bone conduction loudspeaker; a connection cord having a telephone connector which can be inserted into the jack of the telephone main body and connected to the microphone and to the bone conduction loudspeaker; and a power supply connection cord connecting the amplifier to an AC adapter.

L'invention concerne un émetteur/récepteur téléphonique facilement utilisable avec un dispositif téléphonique existant pour la transmission de la parole par voie osseuse à faible coût et susceptible d'être utilisé selon le même sens que le dispositif téléphonique existant. Il comprend : un boîtier à ouverture pour la transmission de la parole et ouverture pour la réception de la parole ; un microphone situé à l'ouverture pour la transmission de la parole ; un haut-parleur pour la conduction par voie osseuse situé à l'ouverture de réception de la parole ; un amplificateur situé dans le boîtier et relié au haut-parleur ; un cordon à connecteur téléphonique pouvant être insésé dans la fiche du corps principal du téléphone et relié au microphone et au haut-parleur ; et un cordon d'alimentation entre l'amplificateur et un adaptateur C.A.
