A telescopic ball pen which can be pushed to shorten and pull to extend. It consists of a Tip Slide, a Fix Pipe and an Outer Slide. The Tip Slide function as a pen tip cover, include a connecting rod and a spring. The Fix Pipe contains a claimed switching valve, feed rod type, absorb material type and Gel type to over come pressure change. The Outer Slide function to shorten length include claimed automatic extend by a spring and a hook.
