A television production system 300 affords simplification over the automation of a television program such as a news program by parameterizing State Memory Objects (S-MEMs), each defining one or more operations for execution by one or more production devices. The S-MEMs are typically parameterized in accordance with the scenes they generate. Thus, the S-MEMs can be categorized by style, that is to say, by the "look" or appearance of the associated scene. In this way, a director can more easily select among available S-MEMs to choose those that maintain a particular appearance for a succession of scenes.
L'invention concerne un système de production télévisée (300) qui permet de simplifier l'automatisation d'un programme télévisé tel qu'un programme de nouvelles en paramétrant des objets mémoire d'état (State Memory Objects ou S-MEM) définissant chacun une ou plusieurs opérations devant être exécutées par un ou plusieurs dispositifs de production. Les objets S-MEM sont généralement paramétrés en fonction des scènes qu'ils permettent de produire. Les objets S-MEM peuvent par conséquent être classés par style, c'est-à-dire en fonction de l'aspect ou de l'apparence de la scène qui leur est associée. De cette manière, un réalisateur peut plus facilement choisir parmi différents objets S-MEM celui qui lui permet de conserver une apparence particulière pour une série de scènes successives.
