PC-3160 TELLURIUM RECOVERY ABSTRACT The invention provides a process for recovering tellurium from a soda slag containing tellurium. Unmilled soda slag is introduced into a water bath. The soda slag is dissolved into the water bath to form a tellurium rich solution and a slime. The tellurium rich solution is then separated from the slime and any undissolved slag.
