ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A temperature-compensated crystal oscillator including an oscillator circuit having a crystal and a variable capaci- tance; a differential amplifier connected to the oscillator cir- cuit and comprising first and second transistors establishing a current sink path; a bridge circuit connected to the differ- ential amplifier so as to supply a biasing voltage to the first and second transistors, the bridge circuit including a first temperature sensitive element; and semiconductive device connected to the current sink path of the differential amplifier having a temperature characteristic which compensates a tempera- ture characteristic of the variable capacitance.
