Optical parts each having a positive thermal expansion coefficient are disposed in inner holes formed in specified locations on a base material having a negative thermal expansion coefficient of -10 to -120 x 10-7/~C within a temp. range of -40 to 100 ~C. In addition, a plurality of specified locations spaced apart from each other in a hole axial direction of each of inner holes in optical parts are fixed to the base material.

Par ailleurs, une pluralité d'emplacements spécifiques espacés les uns des autres et disposés dans un sens axial par rapport aux trous intérieurs ménagés dans les parties optiques sont fixés à la matière de base.
