A solar collector temperature control intended for use with a solar collector comprising at least one solar tube (11), the interior of the solar tube in use accommodating a heat exchanger or a like means and/or heat exchange medium, said temperature control comprising a controller and a shield (19), the shield associated with the outer wall of the solar tube and extending for at least a portion of the length of the solar tube, said shield having an angular extent sufficient to extend partially around the solar tube. The shield supported to be rotatable about the central axis of the solar tube between a first position remote from the source of radiation and a second position most proximate the source of radiation. The control further comprising a sensor adapted to sense the temperature of the a heat exchanger or a like means and/or heat exchange medium accommodated by the solar tube, a drive (21, 25, 29) operatively controlled by the controller to cause rotation of the shield around the central axis of the solar tube between the first and second position depending upon the temperature of the heat exchanger or like means and/or medium accommodated within the interior of the solar tube.
L'invention porte sur une régulation de température de collecteur solaire, destinée à être utilisée avec un collecteur solaire comprenant au moins un tube solaire (11), l'intérieur du tube solaire recevant, lors de l'utilisation, un échangeur de chaleur ou des moyens analogues et/ou un milieu d'échange de chaleur, ladite régulation de température comprenant un dispositif de commande et un écran (19), l'écran étant associé avec la paroi externe du tube solaire et s'étendant sur au moins une partie de la longueur du tube solaire, ledit écran ayant une étendue angulaire suffisante pour s'étendre partiellement autour du tube solaire. L'écran est supporté pour pouvoir tourner autour de l'axe central du tube solaire entre une première position éloignée de la source de rayonnement et une seconde position plus proche de la source de rayonnement. La régulation comprend également un capteur apte à détecter la température de l'échangeur de chaleur ou du moyen analogue et/ou du milieu d'échange de chaleur reçu dans le tube solaire, un entraînement (21, 25, 29) commandé de façon fonctionnelle par le dispositif de commande pour provoquer la rotation de l'écran autour de l'axe central du tube solaire entre la première et la seconde position en fonction de la température de l'échangeur de chaleur ou des moyens analogues et/ou du milieu reçu à l'intérieur du tube solaire.
