A temperature controlling valve includes a base; a housing installed to the base; a valve core limited to rotate in the housing and actuated to move upward and downward axially so that between communicating and overlapping portions of a second bore and a first bore is defined a cross sectional area to flow hot water, between communicating and overlapping portions of a second orifice and a first orifice is defined a cross sectional area to flow cold water, such that the cross sectional area to flow the hot water becomes increased or decreased with the change of the cross sectional area to flow the cold water, thus adjusting a mixed rate of the hot and the cold waters to obtain a predetermined temperature; a rotating element actuated by a driving motor to rotate at an original position to further actuate the valve core to move.
