ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A temperature regulating device for electric heating apparatus, of the type comprising a thermostat for controlling the operation of the apparatus. The thermostat is thermally coupled to a regulation resistor connected in series with a resistor whose resistance varies as a function of temperature. The latter resistance is thermally coupled to a so- called differential correction first heating resistance and to a so- called shift correction second heating resistance. These two resistors have different time constants and are energized at the moment the operation of the heating apparatus is initiated by the thermostat and when the latter is put off, respectively. The device is simple in structure yet efficient and does not require the corrections required by prior art devices.
