In a treatment for surface removal of hair and skin oils and deposited heavy metals, general skin toner, and a manual or static exfoliant, it is a Chitin or Chitosan powder, formulated in a paste, gum, peel, or tincture, formulated in conjunction with any plant derived cellulose, starch, or fiber, resin, acid, gel, mineral or clay derived vehicle, and a synthetic or natural surfactant. The agent is formulated for removal from the skin or hair at any time longer than five minutes. The agent will be composed of a formulation with a range of 3% to 95% Chitin or Chitosan powder by weight or volume, and any plain derived cellulose, starch, or fiber, gum, mineral or clay derived powder or vehicle composed of a formulation range of 5% to 97% by weight or by volume, and a dry or liquid surfactant formulation with a range of .05% to 50% by weight or volume.
