Abstract of the Invention This invention is in the general field of surgical instruments and relates specifically to an inflatable prosthetic device suitable for use in cardiovascular or endovascular procedures, such as angioplasty, to restore normal blood flow through the vessel. The device is generally a helically wound balloon having a false lumen through it center which is inflatable through its integral inflation lumen.
