TENT POSITIONABLE BETWEEN COLLAPSED AND ERECT CONDITIONS Abstract A tent is disclosed having a skeleton support for supporting a flexible tent body. The skeleton support comprises tent poles and an apex junction member for pivotally supporting one of the ends of each of the tent poles. The opposite end of each of the tent poles is coupled to the tent body. Each tent pole is further provided with a joint member, movable between a first position for allowing pivotal movement of the pole to facilitate movement of the tent to its collapsed condition, and a second position in which the tent pole is held in a tensioned non-pivotal position for holding the tent in its erect condition. -13-
