A TENTLESS CONTINUOUS MAILER ASSEMBLY ABSTRACT The front and back plies of the continuous mailer assembly are secured together by a hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive. This adhesive secures the plies together in a fixed permanent relation. When the assembly is unfolded from a zig zag stack, "tenting" is eliminated.
