ABSTRACT A composition comprising a substantially non-crystalline thermoplastic aromatic polymer; for example a polysulphone, and an aliphatic polymer, for example a polyester, both as continuous phases, together with a cross-linking agent, for example an esterified bisphenol epoxy resin which is capable of cross-linking the aliphatic polymer when the composition is subjected to radiation such as electron-beam radiation. Usually the proportion of cross-linking agent in the composition is from 6 to 20% by weight based on the total weight of the composition. The composition is both cross-linkable and exhibits properties normally assoc- iated with those of an aromatic polymer.
