ABSTRACT The present invention now provides, as new compounds, the tert.-bityl-substituted pyrazolyl(thiono)(thiol)- phosphoric(phosphonic) acid esters and ester-amides of the general formula Image (I), in which R represents hydrogen, alkyl, cyanoalkyl or phenyl, the phenyl ring optionally carrying one or more substituents selected independently from halogen, halogenoalkyl, alkyl and alkylthio, R1 represents hydrogen, halogen, alkyl or alkylthio, R2 represents alkoxy, alkyl or phenyl, R3 represents alkoxy, alkylthio or monoalkylamino and X represents oxygen or sulphur. The compounds of the formula (I) have been found to possess an excellent insecticidal, acaricidal and nemati- cidal action.
