Abstract of the Disclosure A compound of the formula Image (I) and pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts thereof, in which R1 represents an alkyl group selected from n-propyl, iso-propyl, n-butyl, iso- butyl, and sec.-butyl, R2 and R3 are the same or different and represent an alkyl group selected from ethyl, n-propyl, and iso-propyl, or R2 and R3 together with the nitrogen atom may form a pyrrolidine or piperidine ring, and n is 2 or 3. These compounds, and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts, find use as local anaesthetics.
