It is intended to provide a composition for measuring the discharge ability from the stomach, which is effectively usable in diagnosing dyspepsia, and a method of measuring the discharge ability from the stomach. It is also intended to provide a test agent for diagnosing dyspepsia, a method of diagnosing dyspepsia, and a method of evaluating the effect of a therapy (including a drug therapy) on a patient suffering from gastrointestinal disorder caused by insufficiency in the discharge ability from the stomach. The composition for measuring the discharge ability from the stomach as described above is characterized by containing, as the active ingredient, a pyrimidine compound labeled with at least one of isotopic C and isotopic O which is converted into labeled CO2 gas in vivo and discharged into the aspirated air.The above-described method can be conducted by orally administering this composition to a subject and then monitoring the amount or behavior of the labeled CO2 gas discharged into the aspirated air.
Il est prévu de proposer une composition pour mesurer la capacité de décharge de l'estomac, qui est efficacement utilisable dans le diagnostic de la dyspepsie et un procédé de mesure de la capacité d'évacuation de l'estomac.
