The invention concerns a test apparatus (10) for the testing of a test sample on or in a material, such as body fluids or food, particularly adapted to a bioluminescent test, such as for the detection of ATP or phosphatase or other materials. The test apparatus (10) includes a transparent tube having at one end a sample unit (14), at the other end a detachable or nondetachable test unit (16) which are connected, and which includes a cover (12) with a probe containing a swab (18) at one end. The test apparatus (10) includes probe positioning marks (22) on the exterior of the sample unit (14), so that the probe may be moved between selected test positions, and as it moves from a non-use to a use position, various test reagents which are sealed within the test unit (16) are punctured by the probe, and the test sample and the test reagents are reacted together in the test unit (10).
La présente invention concerne un testeur (10) conçu pour tester un échantillon prélevé sur ou dans une substance, telle que des fluides corporels ou des aliments. Ce testeur permet de détecter par bioluminescence notamment l'ATP, la phosphatase ou d'autres substances. Le testeur (10), constitué d'un tube transparent dont une extrémité porte une unité à échantillon (14) reliée sur l'autre extrémité à une unité de test (16) fixe ou amovible, comporte un couvercle (12) équipé d'une éprouvette dont une extrémité porte un tampon d'ouate (18). A l'extérieur de l'unité à échantillon (14), le testeur (10) porte des marques (22) de positionnement de l'éprouvette pour déplacer l'éprouvette entre des positions de test sélectionnées. Le déplacement de l'éprouvette en position d'utilisation depuis une position de non-utilisation lui fait crever différents réactifs renfermés de façon étanche dans l'unité de test, ce qui fait que l'échantillon à tester et les réactifs du test réagissent entre eux dans l'unité de test (10).
