The test grinder is a small-scale model of an industrial grinder used in the mining industry, and includes a rotating ring (10) rotatable around its longitudinal and horizontal axes. This ferrule is capable of containing a certain amount of grinding charge and receiving a certain amount of material for crushing, so as to operate in conditions comparable to those of an industrial grinder. The ferrule is divided in length by a perforated transverse partition (24), a grinding chamber (20) measuring chamber (22), the partition perforations being dimensioned to retain the grinding to retain the grinding charge and letting through the ground material, while the ferrule (10) comprises a series of nozzles (28) to inject liquids into the grinding chamber (20). In situ and continuous analyses can be performed in the measuring chamber.
Le broyeur d'essai est un modèle, à échelle réduite, d'un broyeur industriel utilisé dans l'industrie minière et comprend une virole rotative (10) pouvant tourner autour de son axe longitudinal et horizontal. Cette virole est capable de contenir une certaine quantité de charge broyante et de recevoir une certaine quantité de matière à broyer afin de pouvoir opérer dans des conditions comparables à celles d'un broyeur industriel. La virole est divisée, dans le sens longitudinal, par une cloison transversale perforée (24), en une chambre de broyage (20) et une chambre de mesure (22), les perforations de la cloison étant dimensionnées pour retenir la charge broyante et laisser passer la matière broyée tandis que la virole (10) comporte une série d'injecteurs (28) permettant d'injecter des produits fluides dans la chambre de broyage (20). Dans la chambre de mesure, il est possible de faire des analyses in situ et en continu de la pulpe.
