A test paper for analyzing and measuring a substance to be analyzed by using a coloring reagent which comprises a reagent layer and a colored substance development layer, wherein a colored substance formed in the reagent layer is developed in the development layer; a test paper which further comprises a specimen-absorbing layer wherein the flow of a specimen is enhanced; a test paper for use in testing a whole blood sample which further comprises an coagulant having the function to separate blood cells incorporated in the sample addition section thereof and/or an blood plasma separating membrane provided between the reagent layer and the colored substance development layer. The test paper can be used for achieving a quantitative measurement in a wide range of concentration and good reproducibility.

L'invention concerne un papier réactif utilisé pour analyser une substance et la mesurer au moyen d'un réactif à coloration qui comprend une couche de réactif et une couche de développement à substance colorée, une substance colorée formée dans la couche de réactif étant développée dans la couche de développement. L'invention concerne également un papier réactif qui comprend en outre une couche d'absorption d'échantillon dans laquelle le flux d'un échantillon est stimulé; et elle concerne en outre un papier réactif à utiliser pour tester un échantillon de sang total qui comprend de plus un coagulant dont la fonction est de séparer des globules incorporés à sa partie d'addition d'échantillon et/ou une membrane séparant le plasma sanguin, placée entre la couche de réactif et la couche de développement à substance colorée. On peut utiliser ce papier réactif pour réaliser une mesure quantitative, pour une large plage de concentration et avec une bonne reproductibilité.
