The invention relates to a test system comprising: (a) one or more identical or different immobilized nucleic acids including at least one nucleic acid capable of splicing; (b) at least one gel-free detection system for detecting a splicing reaction; possibly (c) at least one compound containing splicing components; and preferably (d) suitable detection probes; and possibly (e) other additives.
