A testing system for automatic testing of circuit boards (1) in a circuit board manufacturing line. The testing system comprises a set (I) of test modules (4) comprising a testing apparatus. Each test moduloe comprises a horizontal module conveyor (5) for conveying a circuit board (1) into and out of the test module. The test modules are arranged in a superposed relation with respect to each other. The set (I) contains test modules differing from each other so that the testing operations performed by these test modules are different from each other. A feed device (6) has been fitted to receive circuit boards from the first line conveyor (3) and to feed them into the test modules (4).

L'invention concerne un système d'essai qui effectue un essai automatique de cartes de circuit imprimé (1) dans une chaîne de fabrication de cartes de circuit imprimé. Le système d'essai comprend un ensemble (I) de modules d'essai (4) muni d'un appareil d'essai. Chaque module d'essai comprend un transporteur de module horizontal (5) servant à acheminer une carte de circuit imprimé (1) à l'intérieur ou hors du module d'essai. Les modules d'essai sont arrangés dans une relation superposée les uns relativement aux autres. L'ensemble (I) contient des modules d'essai différents les uns des autres si bien que les opérations d'essai effectuées par ces modules d'essai sont différentes les unes des autres. Un dispositif d'alimentation (6) est mis en place pour recevoir des cartes de circuit imprimé du premier transporteur droit (3) et les introduire dans les modules d'essai.
