A tetraxial fabric is obtained using warp yarns (11), weft yarns (12), first bias yarns (13) and second bias yarns (14). The warp yarns (11) alternate to the weft yarns (12) and the first bias yarns (13) are overlaid by the second bias yarns (14), in addition the first bias yarns (13) cross the second bias yarns (14) at the crossover points of the warp yarns (11) with the weft yarns (12). The invention includes also a machine to manufacture the said tetraxial fabric.

L'invention concerne un tissu tétraxial constitué de fils de chaîne, de fils de trame, de premiers fils diagonaux et de seconds fils diagonaux. Les fils de chaîne disposés de façon alternée avec les fils de trame et les premiers fils diagonaux sont recouverts par les seconds fils de trame. De plus, les premiers fils diagonaux croisent les seconds fils diagonaux aux points de croisement entre les fils de chaîne et les fils de trame. L'invention concerne également une machine permettant de fabriquer ledit tissu tétraxial.
