The invention relates to a textile complex (1) to be applied on the substrate (11) of a communication panel. It is characterised in that it comprises: a first layer including a non-woven textile web (2), a first face (3) of said textile web (2) being calandered and a second face (4) including loops (5) for interaction with a self-attachment strip with hooks; a second layer (7) formed by a printing ink deposited on said first layer opposite the first face (3) of the textile web (2).

Il se caractérise en ce qu'il comporte : une première couche comportant une nappe textile non tissée (2), une première face (3) de ladite nappe textile (2) étant calandrée et une seconde face (4) comportant des boucles (5) destinées à coopérer avec une bande autoagrippante munie de crochets; une seconde couche (7) formée par une encre d'impression déposée sur ladite première couche en regard de la première face (3) de la nappe textile (2).
