A method of making a silicone rubber having a structure adapted for growth of cells or living tissue, which comprises contacting a silicone rubber precursor with a biologically-acceptable sacrificial filler, curing the resultant mixture and removing the sacrificial filler to form a structured silicone rubber.
On décrit un procédé de fabrication d'un caoutchouc de silicone présentant une structure adaptée à la croissance de cellules ou de tissu vivant. Ce procédé consiste à mettre en contact un précurseur de caoutchouc de silicone avec une charge perdue biologiquement acceptable, à faire durcir le mélange résultant puis à éliminer la charge perdue pour former le caoutchouc de silicone structuré.
