A papermaking belt comprises a sheet side and a back side opposed thereto, wherein the sheet side is textured and comprises photosensitive resin, the sheet side imparting structure to paper made thereon during papermaking, and wherein the papermaking belts impermeable.

Ladite toile de machine à papier comprend un côté envers et un côté feuille, lequel est texturé et donne une structure, de préférence une densité différentielle, au papier en cours de fabrication sur la toile imperméable. Ladite toile peut comporter une résine photosensible sur son côté feuille et peut être utilisée conjointement avec un rouleau d'impression qui densifie les régions du papier coïncidant avec les aspérités de la toile. Ladite toile convient aux machines à papier équipées ou non d'un sécheur Yankee.
