The invention concerns to the petroleum engineering, particularly to the reciprocating pumps and may be used in the oil-extracting industry and other areas of national economy to pump fluids with sand or solids. The chain-piston pumping installation to pump fluid wells (water, oil, sand, etc) consists in avoidance of direct contact between walls of the cylinder and the piston with sand or another solids. The direct contact of sand or solids contained in the extracted fluids (Water-Oil), causes big reduction of useful life of the pump. The pumping process depends in good manner of the piston and its casing pump. When the extracted fluids content sand or solids, those materials wear the walls and then, they allow the passing of fluids trough them and the pump cannot work well. The present invention provides a novel and durable reciprocating effective for pumping a mixture including solids suspended in pumping well fluids. It has the special fluid to protect the piston. The fluid will press the pumping well fluids and doesn't allow the contact between solids or sand with the piston-cylinder. The protecting fluid doesn't mix with any well pumping fluids and has to have a big density. This protecting fluid could be the mercury.
