The invention provides an improved opener for threaded bottles and jars. The cone shaped opener, with a small circular orifice on the top with a larger orifice at the base of the cone. A circular shaped hole near the top apex with a similar circular hole directly opposite with the intent to secure a key chain or other such hanging device. Both these holes are equidistant from the top apex of the cone. Both the size and shape of the cone allows for different size caps to be opened with ease. The cone shaped opener is made from a durable elastic type of material such as rubber or silicone and can be injected or press moulded. Thus resulting in durable yet semi-flexible bottle/jar opener. Does not wear easily with normal use
