This invention is the constructive elements, preliminary formed in a shape of the two mainly similar stencils I and II on the surface of the two thin sheet metallic blanks. The said stencils I and II are preliminary superimposed one on another in order to be shifted for a winding outline width along the stent longitudinal axis and to form the alternating winding outlines pairs. One pair of the said winding outlines is executed by a simple superimposing of the stencil I winding outline (12) on the stencil II winding outline (14), whereas the said winding outlines pair, neighboring to it, is performed by the superimposing of the stencil II winding outline (15) on the stencil I winding outline (13). The stencil II winding outlines are passed through the slots between the stencil I winding outlines as to make the formed semicircles be located in turns in the stent expanded shape.

Cette invention concerne un stent double feuille conçu pour être inséré dans la lumière d'un vaisseau d'être vivant, composé d'éléments constitutifs préalablement formés sous forme de deux stencils I et II disposés sur la surface de deux minces lames tôle métallique. Après superposition préalable, on décale lesdits stencils I et II sur une largeur d'enroulement le long de l'axe longitudinal du stent de manière à obtenir des paires d'enroulements alternés. Une des paires desdits enroulements s'obtient par simple superposition de l'enroulement (12) du stencil I sur l'enroulement (14) du stencil II, cependant que la paire d'enroulements adjacente s'obtient par superposition de l'enroulement (15) du stencil II sur l'enroulement (13) du stencil I. Les enroulements du stencil II passent au travers des fentes entre les enroulements du stencil I de manière à ce que les demi-cercles ainsi constitués forment des spires pour le stent déployé. Un demi-cercle appartient au stencil I, le demi-cercle voisin au stencil II. Cette séquence de demi-cercles se retrouve sur le coté opposé par rapport aux bandes relativement rigides le long de l'axe longitudinal du stent.
