The overall purpose is to produce electricity by using water movement to turn two water wheels. The top water wheel generates electricity to charge batteries which provide power to a pump that carries water from the reservoir at the bottom of the system, to a pan on the top of the structure. The water pouring from the top water wheel is collected in a second catchment pan which empties onto a second water wheel that turns a second generator producing electricity for consumption.
