The present invention is directed to a device for locating and delivering the ball in the game of Bowling for the use of the physically challenged. The device consists of a partial spherically shaped locator which generally conforms with the configuration of the ball. Additionally, there is provided a means of attaching a locking type telescoping handle which is adjusted to suit the stature of the user. This device allows the user to transfer the ball from the ball return rack to the floor delivery position without undo strain. The configuration of the ball locator provides clearance for the ball to contact the floor while in a semi captured position. A foreward release motion by the user propels the ball down the bowling alley toward the pins.
