An implement that can be attached to any front loader, or Skid-Steer to give automatic 360 degree horizontal rotational properties with power assist to the multitude of implements it controls. It enables automatic floating control over the 3 axis of rotation, being the, Pitch-axis, Roll-axis, and Z-axis. Quickly attaches to Scrapers, Brooms, Rakes, Weel-Wackers, Etc, "The Finger" operates forwards, backwards, or sideways the implements automatically rotates back to the direction of travel without an operator response cutting grading time in half or less. The unit is also equipped with "Power Assist for manual control and working in tight spaces to eliminate the need for hand finishing. Normally Skid-Steer's leave a lot of wheel ruts making fine grading in soft dirt or asphalt time consuming. Since the implement connected to "The Finger" revolves around it, and Floats with the ground. The Skid-steers movements are minimal and hand-raking becomes a thing of the past.
