The present invention discloses the functional epitope of osteopontin; the anti-osteopontin monoclonal antibody and immune conjugate raising against the functional epitope and their use for preparing anti-tumor drug. The present invention also discloses the DNA sequence coding the monoclonal antibody, the vector and host containing the DNA sequence. The monoclonal antibody and immune conjugate of present invention can also be used to detect OPN. Through inhibiting OPN, the monoclonal antibody and immune conjugate of present invention can remedy or respite autoimmune diseases and protect correlative tissues, so they can be used to remedy autoimmune diseases.
L'invention concerne l'épitope fonctionnel d'ostéopontine, l'anticorps monoclonal anti-ostéopontine et l'immunoconjugué contre l'épitope fonctionnel, ainsi que leur utilisation pour préparer un médicament anti-tumeur. Elle concerne également la séquence d'ADN codant l'anticorps monoclonal, le vecteur et l'hôte contenant la séquence d'ADN. On peut également utiliser l'anticorps monoclonal et l'immunoconjugué afin de détecter OPN. L'inhibition d'OPN permet à l'anticorps monoclonal et à l'immunoconjugué d'apporter une guérison ou un sursis à des maladies autoimmunes et de protéger des tissus corrélés et, de ce fait, on peut les utiliser pour traiter des maladies autoimmunes.
