The device described here is utilizing inertial vision of human eye. As the two wings constantly rotate on a pole, at each given time different lights on the wings light up. During wing rotation the right sequences of lights on both wings light up at the right time. The outcome here becomes that for every half rotation (180 degrees) having the right lights on at the right time, an image is produced. A sensor located on one of the wings synchronizes the lights turn-on time so that during rotation of the wings the lights always light up in the same spot. The wings must rotate quick enough in order to keep the flickering to the minimum.
