The invention is designed to hold and accommodate such commercially bottled water currently available in most grocery stares, supermarkets etc. The device is a flat piece preferably of plastic material in nature in the form of a square, a circle or any shape for that matter is designed to encircle the plastic bottles neck by way of an opening or a hole, The hole is the exact diameter of the neck bottle. The hole is spliced on one end to accommodate the bottle. When the bottle is inserted in to the hole, The bottle is then secured in place when the inner wall grips on to the bottle's neck. The device is attached to a lanyard strap and is worn around one's neck ready for use.
