The Lawson Strap consists of an expandable rubber strap with a D shaped locking carabiner clip at each end. The strap can then be securely fastened through a grommet, ring or around a rail and back to itself using the locking carabiner clip, preventing its loss of grip if tension is lost. The strap can be used to fasten tarpaulins on trucks, boats or campers and to tie-down objects, rendering them motionless.
