A yoga exercising device for helping the user maintain a comfortable and correct posture in the full and half lotus positions of yoga. The yoga exercising device comprises a rigid angling support means with an upper side and a lower side. The upper side having a posterior portion and an anterior portion and the upper side being angled at an angle of less than 15° to the horizontal when the device is in use by the yoga practitioner in the lotus or half lotus positions. In this way the posterior portion of the upper side is higher than the anterior portion of the upper side. Further, the upper side is covered by at least one thin cushioning layer.
