A conventional toothbrush consists of a handle with an extremity that has been widened to hold bristles of various shapes and sizes. When a proper brushing action is employed by the user, the bristles can remove accumulated food particles from between teeth, thereby contributing extensively to good oral hygiene. In this invention, the back of the bristle end of the brush is fitted with beads; this adds to the benefits of normal brushing by simultaneously massaging mouth tissue. The brush handle is also fitted with beads which make the brush easier to grip and which can be used to massage the mouth without brushing the teeth.
Une brosse à dents conventionnelle se compose d'un manche qui s'élargit pour recevoir des poils prenant différentes formes . Sous l'action de va et vient, ces poils peuvent enlever des particules de nourriture accumulées entre les dents assurant ainsi une partie de l'hygiène bucale. Dans la présente invention , la partie large de la brosse recevant les poils , est , du côté opposé à ces derniers, munie de bourrelets convexes qui permettent, pendant le même temps , une action supplémemtaire de massage simultanée à l'action de brosser. Le manche de la brosse est aussi muni de bourrelets qui permettent un bon maintient de la brosse et le massage(sans brossage )de la bouche.
