The method according to the invention concerns an anaerobic conversion of biomass into biogas in separated processes of hydrolysis and methane fermentation of biomass by means of methane mesophile, thermophile and psychrophile bacteria, contained in returned reflux. Cleaned biogas undergoes decomposition into methane and carbon dioxide. From part of methane and biogas standard gas fuel is produced, used for the engine of a current generating unit and a thermoregenerative cell generating electrical energy and heat. The system according to the invention consists ofa system of preparation of biomass ( 1 ) connected to a hydrolyser ( 2 ) and then to a series system of fermentation tanks and a composter ( 1 ), which co-operates with a system of returning and enriching reflux ( 4 ). A tank for raw biogas ( 5 ) is connected to a system for cleaning biogas ( 6 ) and then to a tank for cleaned biogas ( 7 ) connected to a system of biogas decomposition ( 8 ) and a gas mixer ( 11 ). The system ( 8 ) has outlets to the system of CO2 processing ( l0 ) and to the system of methane processing ( 2 ) also connected to the gas mixer ( 11 ) connected to a tank for standard gas fuel ( 12 ), The tank ( 12 ) has a connection to the system of generating electrical energy and heat ( 13 ) and the system of heat processing ( 14 ).
Procédé servant à effectuer la conversion anaérobie de biomasse en biogaz dans des processus séparés d'hydrolyse et de fermentation méthanique de cette biomasse au moyen de bactéries méthaniques mésophiles, thermophiles et psychrophiles contenues dans un renvoi de reflux. Le biogaz nettoyé est soumis à une décomposition en méthane et en dioxyde de carbone. Une partie du méthane et du biogaz sert à produire un combustible gazeux standard utilisé pour le moteur d'une génératrice de courant ou d'une pile de régénération thermique produisant de l'énergie électrique et de la chaleur. Système consistant en un dispositif servant à préparer la biomasse (1) et relié à un hydrolyseur (2), puis à une série de réservoirs de fermentation et à un composteur (3) coopérant avec un réseau de renvoi et d'enrichissement du reflux (4). Un réservoir de biogaz brut (5) est relié à un système de nettoyage du biogaz (6), puis à un réservoir de biogaz nettoyé (7) relié à un circuit de décomposition du biogaz (8) et à un mélangeur de gaz (11). Ce circuit (8) possède des sorties débouchant dans le réseau de traitement de CO¿2? (10) et dans le réseau de traitement du méthane (9) relié également au mélangeur de gaz (11) lui-même relié à un réservoir de combustible gazeux standard (12). Ce réservoir (12) est relié au système de génération d'énergie électrique et thermique (13), ainsi qu'au système de traitement de chaleur (14).
