A method of manufacturing outsole of sports shoes in which the throughout holes are formed, manufacturing method comprising the steps of forming the midsole so as to be cut and bisected, joining the cut surface after this, and joining midsole by covering the entire lower surface of midsole after this. A molding for forming of the midsole wherein the molding comprises three widely known and disclosed stages, the molding comprises a lower stage molding (12), in which the throughout hole protrusion (15) is fixed in two columns, a middle stage molding (11), in which the throughout holes (15) that is formed in two columns by forming two sheds (18) divided by a separating partition (13) are inclined toward a separating partition (13) of the respective shed (18), and a higher stage molding (10), in which a molding protrusion (14) that is inserted through sheds (18) of the middle molding (11) so as to be placed in parts, where the respective the throughout hole protrusion (15) formed on the middle molding (12) is not formed, is formed. An outsole of a shoe, in which the throughout holes are passing through the front edge and back edge in side direction of the midsole formed in a shooting molding.
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de semelles extérieures de chaussures de sport dans lesquelles des trous traversants sont formés. Le procédé de fabrication comporte les étapes consistant à former une semelle intercalaire de manière à ce qu'elle soit coupée et divisée en deux, réunir ensuite la surface coupée, puis réunir la semelle intercalaire en recouvrant la surface inférieure entière de la semelle intercalaire. L'invention concerne un moule servant à former la semelle intercalaire, qui comporte trois étages généralement connus: un moule (12) inférieur dans lequel une protubérance (15) de trou traversant est fixée suivant deux colonnes; un moule (11) du milieu dans lequel les trous (15) traversants formés en deux colonnes par la formation de deux logements (18) divisés par une cloison (13) de séparation, sont inclinés vers une cloison (13) de séparation du logement respectif; et un moule (10) supérieur dans lequel est formée une protubérance (14) de moule qui est insérée à travers les logements (18) du moule (11) du milieu de façon à être placée dans des parties où la protubérance (15) de trou traversant respective n'a pas été formée sur le moule (12) du milieu. L'invention concerne une semelle extérieure de chaussure dans laquelle les trous traversants passent par le bord avant et le bord arrière, dans un sens latéral, de la semelle du milieu formée par moulage par injection.
