The invention concerns an apparatus (100) for packing and applying a liquid or semi-liquid (P). The extraction assembly (11) includes a sleeve (12) through which the applicator loaded with the liquid or semi-liquid product is made to pass. The sleeve is open at both extremities and its inside surface is suitable for holding a store of the product by surface tension. The surface tension between the inside surface and the product is greater than the surface tension between the free extremity of the applicator and the product.
L'invention concerne un ensemble de conditionnement et d'application (100) d'un produit liquide ou semi liquide (P) dont les moyens d'essorage (11) comprennent un manchon (12) au travers duquel l'applicateur chargé de produit est amené à passer, ledit manchon (12) étant ouvert en ces deux extrémités et présentant unesurface interne apte à retenir par effet de tension superficielle une réserve dudit produit, la force de tension superficielle, s'exerçant entre le manchon et le produit qu'il contient, étant supérieure à la force de tension superficielle, s'exerçant entre l'extrémité libre de l'applicateur et ledit produit.
