A foam-rubber mattress with palliative and therapeutic value, regarding back pains, has been designed in such a way as to make it fully portable, orthopedically-correct, and customizable, for personal use. Three specifically contoured pillows (one under the neck, one under the low back, and one under the knees - when lying supine) attach, via hook/loop fastener strips, to a four - piece, foldable, mattress. The pillow locations, on the mattress, are selected by, and tailored to, the user, in order to create the state of ideal body alignment, and thus comfort.
