Anipamil hydrochloride is mixed with a phospholipid in the ratio of 1:2 to 2:1 by wt., the solution thus obtained is gelled by the addition of water at elevated temperature, and the gel then reacted with water at elevated temperature until the active substance is at the desired concentration.
