A hand-operated cylindrical device designed to facilitate the uniform distribution of small seeds. The device consists of: 1) 'outer shell' with a single row of equally spaced holes along its length 2) 'inner core' with multiple rows of dimples matching the outer shell holes 3) 'key-cap' to rotate and align the inner core dimples to the outer shell holes and close the unit. The seeds are manually loaded through the row of holes on the outer shell and into the matching row of dimples on the inner core. Successive loading is done by rotating the inner core, exposing its next empty row of dimples and adding the seeds until all the dimples of the inner core are filled with a seed. Dispensing of the seeds is achieved by holding the loaded device over the soil bed; reversing the process above and depositing rows of seeds along the furrow in a garden bed or over the bedding surface of soil flats.
