The present invention is related to the separator for separating solid particles from vapour-gas mixture, particularly to the structure of the dust chamber belonging amongst installation of the plant processing the materials containing the fossil fuels or organic substances. The cage (1) for separating solid particles from vapour-gas mixture comprises main body (2), inner lining (7) arranged to the inner surface of the body, first and second stage cyclones (3, 4), lamella compensators (18, 19), dust removal conduits (5, 15) and inlet conduit (13) of the vapour-gas mixture into the first cyclone (3). The main body (2) of the dust chamber (1) is manufactured in all altitudinal extent from the cylinder of equal diameter and first and second stage cyclones (3, 4) are placed outward of the main body (2) of the dust chamber (1). For the lining of the main body (2) of the dust chamber (1) and first and second stage cyclones (3, 4) are used the non-porous and wear proof material, for example concrete.
L'invention concerne un séparateur permettant de séparer des particules solides d'un mélange vapeur-gaz, et particulièrement la structure de la chambre à poussière faisant partie de l'installation de traitement de matériaux contenant des combustibles fossiles ou des substances organiques. L'enceinte (1), où s'effectue la séparation des particules solides du mélange vapeur-gaz, comprend un corps principal (2) un revêtement interne (7) disposé sur la surface interne du corps, des premier et second cyclones à étages (3, 4), des compensateurs à lamelles (18, 19), des conduits d'élimination de la poussière (5, 15) et un conduit d'admission (13) du mélange vapeur-gaz dans le premier cyclone (3). Le corps principal (2) de la chambre à poussière (1), dans toute la hauteur du cylindre, a un diamètre égal, et des premier et second cyclones à étages (3, 4) sont placés à l'extérieur du corps principal (2) de la chambre à poussière (1). Pour le revêtement du corps principal (2) de la chambre à poussière (1) et des premier et second cyclones à étages (3, 4), on a utilisé un matériau non poreux et résistant à l'usure tel que le béton.
